It is our commitment to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please read the information below to help you choose the most appropriate delivery option for yourself, and to familiarise yourself with what services we have to offer. If you would like your goods to be dispatched on the same day of ordering, then please place your order before 12.00am to allow enough time for your items to be selected, packed and weighed ready for despatch. Most orders are collected from our warehouse within 48 hours but sometimes an order fulfilment does take longer. Any orders received after 11.00am on a Friday or weekend day, cannot be posted until the following Monday. Once your products have been allocated, packed and weighed, your parcel will be despatched according to your selected delivery method. Please find below a guideline for the MAXIMUM time to allow for your delivery <br> <br> 2. Royal Mail Special Delivery Service - £5.75. Monday to Friday Delivery; guaranteed before 1pm the next working day<br> This delivery service is guaranteed within 24 hours and is insured against late delivery, loss and damage. A signature on receipt of each parcel is required, so please ensure that the delivery address you provided us with is convenient for yourself, a friend, family member or colleague to sign for the parcel. <br> <br> 3. Royal Mail European Special Delivery - £9.00. <br> Parcels are collected by Royal Mail from our warehouse at 3.00pm Monday to Friday. Once the parcel has been collected by Royal Mail, it will be delivered within approximately 3 to 5 working days. <br> This option is for Europe delivery only, including Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faeroe Islands, Finland, France, Hungary, Germany, Iceland, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City State (Holy See), Gibraltar, Greece, and San Marino. <br> <br> 4. Royal Mail Rest of the World Delivery - £16.00.<br> This option is for all countries outside the UK and not listed under the European delivery option above.
